Pit Bulls
These strong dog best known for being trained for dog flights, are truely misunderstood. These dogs are known to be the most loyal and if raised correctly, most caring. Everyone says that they are going to kill you attack you blah blah blah...Pits won't attack those who they loved and they surely won't attack a strnger. Now I don't care what PEDA says, "put the dogs to death", these dogs are innocent. Besides, I thought PEDA was all for protecting animals and their rights. Why don't they feel the same about these dog? Could it be that they are scared? Hmm... Well, counties have put severe bans on these dog because of fear. Why do these dogs have to be banned when there are other things, animals that people are scared of? If you're going to ban one, banned everything, everyone. People are scared of snakes, do they ban them? No. Why? Because they can't. People just ban the things that they feel that they can control. Everyone is all about power. Well, if pit bulls are so evil and violent, why did a deaf and blind girl have one? Why did Helen Killer have one? No. No. Instead, why did it attack? And I've noticed something, just within the past 20 or so years, pits have gooten a bad rep. Now were they underground for all those years before? No. Because people didn't start thinking that they were bad. It started with one. One dog to act up. And that was when they started hating and fearing and being animal racest. | What did the dogs do to deserve to die? They didn't ask to be born. But yet people hated them because they're loyalty was abused and yes, yes they can be animal aggressive but not all of them. A lot of them love families, children, snuggling. My pit mix, I can pry her mouth open and stick my hand in her mouth and she'd gag cause she hates the taste. She never bite a single thing. And the thing is, she was abused in many ways, neglected and unloved before I got her. And people are trying to tell my that my teddy bear will rip my throat out just because she's a pit. Even if she's not full. But the thing is, she's scared out of her mind from thunder and she's a loving dog that would sleep with me on the couch even when I am sick. She loves to get bellies rubs. And she plays with a 12 year old cat who loves sleeping by her Karma. Now does that sound like a blood thirsty killer to any of you? Not to me. So why should I put her to death for what she is? But still why should a pit be blamed for everything when it's not their fault? Yes poor training has be putting them on a bad side. But one more thing, why does a Celebrity get off from dog fight when it is agianst the law, with a smack on the hand and a "Now don't do it again to we'll have to put you in time out." ? And he can still keep his Football job? Or career, either way. But still why should Michael Vicks keep what he abused? Why should be be treated differently? He shouldn't be. |
